Episode 6 brings Johan Santos back to the podcast. Johan is Lets Flo's solution architect, based in New York, and the conversation with Rich Summers picks up quickly with a recap of Episode 5's studio tax discussion before turning to the real focus of the week: what e-commerce content production actually looks like heading into 2026, and where it is headed next.

The Studio and E-commerce Collective is heading to NYC
Applications for The Collective NYC, Thursday 22nd October, are open now.
The first ever Studio and E-Commerce Collective event took place in London at the Treehouse in Shoreditch, with speakers from Burberry and Sweaty Betty among those on stage. It also doubled as a celebration of Lets Flo turning ten this year. Read the full recap in Episode 9, or listen to this episode wherever you get your podcasts.
"Reducing shot count is rarely about saving money. Usually it is about giving the customer a clearer choice."
